This grounding Vinyasa flow will be accompanied with live drumming! Rhythm and drumming can help connect a person to the experience of mindful movement, breathing, creating an awareness of how rhythm drives the body. The asana sequence of this class is designed to get in touch with your energy centers and channel more creativity, confidence and joy into your life.
Natalia was introduced to yoga about four years ago when she travelled to Nepal. She felt a strong connection and started exploring yoga beyond the physical aspect. Three years later, her lifestyle was completely changed and she felt confident to quit a successful corporate job to devote herself in practicing and teaching yoga full time. In Natalia’s teachings she focuses on mindfulness, creating a space of subtle awareness, using the body as a platform to go into deeper layers.
Philip (Prem Daas) has been engaging in various spiritual practices for the last 28 years. In that time, he has lived in several different spiritual communities and has studied with many teachers of tai chi chuan, meditation, yoga, and music. He studied Communications in college and Opera in graduate school in the USA. Currently, he works as an English Instructor here in Abu Dhabi.
