A dark comedy about two couples who meet to resolve the issue of playground injury during a fight between their sons, Carnage is set in the living room of the Novaks, whose son lost two teeth in the fight. Along with the Raleighs, the two families go on a roller coaster ride of emotion and angst as they discuss the situation, revealing their own characters bit by bit with hilarious results. Originally titled 'God of Carnage' and written by French playwright, Yasmina Reza, it won the Laurence Olivier award for Best Play in 2009, and a raft of Tony awards for best play, best actress and best director. See for yourself on 31 August and 1 September with three performances at The Junction in Alserkal Avenue.
