Vinyasa (40 min “Flow”): Dynamic, flowing movement of breath and body, with a focus on core strength, balance, concentration and flexibility
Develop and maintain awareness of moment – to – moment mind body connection
Yin Yoga (30 min “Longer Holds down on the mat):Targets joints, connective tissues, & fasica. Longer holds (2 - 5 minutes each) designed to lengthen the connective tissue around the muscle, increase it's elasticity, and help release deeply stored tension
Guided Meditation (20 min in a comfortable resting pose, Props):Melt Away during a full body guided relaxation. Come prepared to move and strengthen the body but also surrender to the comfort of deep-muscle release.
