This Christmas Eve indulge your taste buds with a four course gourmet menu at Porterhouse Steaks & Grills that will lift up your Christmas spirits.
Start off your dinner with Apicius flavoured foie gras and smoked duck leg mille-feuille followed by poached Canadian lobster or just dig in to the roasted turkey roulade stuffed with chestnuts and cranberries.
To finish off your blissful dinner, our Executive Chef recommends the Festive Bliss, a white chocolate sphere consisting of ginger bread crumble, candied orange, nougatine, festive cake, orange agar and spiced whipped ganache.
