What are we dishing up?
A celebration of three high-end restaurants in Dubai, all home-grown licensed concepts that FooDiva is passionate about. So much so, they are showcased in a new global guidebook – Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery edited by leading food critic Giles Coren and food writers from around the world, FooDiva included – with 490 inspirational restaurants from 45 countries, of which five are in the UAE.
The host restaurant is BB Social Dining at DIFC where we will start with a Bollinger Champagne aperitif and canapés, followed by a selection of signature starters by chef owner Alex Stumpf.
Chef Matthijs Stinnisen from Boca comes in to serve a series of main courses, whilst chef patrons Nick Alvis and Scott Price from Folly will serve desserts. In fact we’re giving you four chefs for the price of three 😉
All courses will be presented by these chef heroes and paired with wines from African & Eastern. Sommelier Lindsay Trivers from The Tasting Class will explain the wine pairing.
The evening starts at 6.30pm on 25th February 2019 and will end at approximately 10pm.
Cost: AED650 per person to include all food, Champagne and wines. Guests will receive a gift bag with the Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery guide, as well as goodies from gift partner and pioneer of sustainable dining, Baker & Spice – also included in the book.
