As kids’ bodies physically develop overtime, all their muscles and tendons have to keep up with growth. This unique camp focuses on all aspects of fitness with specific gym trainings.
It incorporates cardiovascular activity, stretching, and strengthening techniques that kids can utilise for a lifetime. There will be an emphasis on stretching and moving the body weight through space, with and without resistance - an exciting way to improve agility and footwork while strengthening and lengthening!
Upon completion of the one-week program, participants will be entitled to take home a sample program that will leave them ready to excel in their next sport season.
