The four-day festival brings together health and fitness enthusiasts, medical experts, fitness clubs, organisations focused on healthy living, nutritionists and chefs to promote health awareness and fitness while having fun. Health & Fitness Fun Festival Expo's 2020 edition is devoted to 'Mother Earth', in line with the UAE National Strategy For Wellbeing 2031. The event aims to promote 'The Environmental Health', as as integrated concept of wellbeing.
