The Middle East Youth Expo (MEYE) will bring together thousands of young people in the Middle East region to collaborate and explore sustainable solutions for both people and the planet. It will empower youth delegates with the tools, inspiration and direction to achieve life goals as future ‘responsible global citizens of the world’ to make the right choices in order to improve life in a sustainable way for future generations.

With over 70 inspirational international speakers, 35 workshops; panel discussions, and more than 10 immersive experiences for young people to participate in, it is a must-attend event for every youth in the country. The focal point will be "Youth Circles" which will host discussions covering each of the key pillars of the event, including all types of sectors such as: business & entrepreneurship; education & training; health & well-being; science, technology, engineering & math; art, fashion & culture; digital innovation, technology & media; government & society; tolerance, resilience & happiness; sport, leisure & entertainment; in addition to environment & community.

MEYE will also celebrate and acknowledge young leaders in the Middle East who have shown to be resilient change-makers and are always dedicated to solving global issues. These young minds have also inspired their peers and communities with the MEYE 2019 Young Leader of the Year Awards, in collaboration with One Young World. The award ceremony will be divided into two age categories: 14 to 17 year olds and 18 to 21 year olds. The main purpose of this ceremony is to reward the youth in the UAE and Middle East whose achievements have changed, innovated or strengthened commitment to their communities for the better, in each of the MEYE pillars.
