"Al Shamal park is one of the large parks that established to meet the recreational needs of the inhabitants of Al Shamal(North) city and the rest of the population of the State of Qatar and as a touristic attraction due to the calm and the nice climate of Al Shamal(North) city. Dedicated only to women and children Department of Public Parks and Al Shamal Municipality announce that the Alshamal Park is allocated to women and children under 12 years and the entry to playgrounds is restricted to children under 15 only, at the request of the member of the Central Municipal Counsel from Alshamal area."
