Each of his recipes was created through a scientific approach of trials and experiments and due to the fact he wanted to share his passion for cooking with others, he then self-published the book "The Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well" in 1981. His book became a perennial best-seller in Italy and was translated into several international languages such as French, Dutch, and German. Today it continues to inspire many internationally renowned chefs, including Chef Rosario and his team at Villa Toscana.
