It’s time, welcome more Yin into your life.
This class is open to a group of 4 attendees. Please register in advance due to the exclusive number of spaces available.
In yin yoga we use safe passive stretching techniques to reach connective tissue that normally would not get this detailed attention in our other practices. Reaching your appropriate depth for each pose and finding stillness are 2 of the main principles of yin yoga. Together with mindful breathing and time your body will begin to open and release in new ways.
Investment: AED60 per class or AED250 for 5 classes
About your instructor
My name is Rick Liddle I currently teach Yoga classes in Classic Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin styles as well as Meditation and Pranayama. I have been a Yoga practitioner for over 8 years recently became a Yoga Alliance certified instructor after completing a 200-hour intensive course in Indonesia in 2019. As a trained Yoga Instructor, lifelong fitness enthusiast, triathlete and long-distance runner I understand the intricacies of the human body and apply this with mindfulness and Yoga philosophy to help people improve their physical, mental and spiritual well-being. I see yoga as a gift that has helped me overcome years of anxiety as well as ending cycles of toxic behavior. Through yoga I have found healing, redemption, self-acceptance, self-love and in turn discovered how to truly love others. I feel my purpose is to share this gift with those who may need help and are not sure where to begin. My vision is to share the gift of Yoga with people from all walks of life, from the advanced practitioners to those who normally wouldn’t find their way into a studio.
