Yoga Classes for Teens & Adults
HATHA YOGA - The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 60 minutes to 75 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation. This course will improve your flexibility, will strengthen your body and improve your postural awareness. Hatha Yoga is a gentle and slower-paced set of sequences which should have you leaving the class feeling happier, healthier, stronger and more relaxed..
Fees will only be refunded if class is cancelled.
N.B. Price quoted are for members, non-members are required to pay AED 50 extra per course.
Pre-registration required for all classes and payments to be made in advance.
Drop in class is AED 30 per class The class will run only if there are a minimum 3 students.

Please carry your Yoga Mat, hand towel and a bottle of water.
