This 4-week course will walk you through core elements of Women’s Wellbeing.
A journey of awakening self-care and self-love while learning how to honor more of your unique feminine nature.

Annabel is an integrative Therapist and Coach from Scotland, who specializes in Women’s empowerment and wellbeing. She uses a holistic approach that addresses the wellbeing of the body/physical, the emotions and the mind resulting in higher levels of healing, wellbeing and personal development. She is passionate about teaching her clients the tools they need to help them navigate through challenging times, to heal and grow and to make positive change and transformation in their lives.
Annabel holds a Masters’ degree in Psychology and is a Certified Coach. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Institute of Coaching. She is also trained in Positive Psychology and Mind-Body Practices including Mindfulness Meditation and Breathwork.
