Who is it aimed at?
This workshop is predominantly aimed at women who have identified the need to want to make a change, big or small in their life post lockdown. But are unsure of how or where to start with the process. Perhaps they may be experiencing a negative mindset which is preventing them from moving forward and making a change.
What to expect
A 2 hour highly regarded intensive interactive workshop to raise self-awareness and equip you with the knowledge needed to achieve change / SMART goals
Discovering your strengths, weaknesses, area for improvement
Identifying what ‘success’ looks like for you
Setting achievable goals
Reasons why many don’t take action to make a change
Outlining a plan for action
What will you gain from this workshop
You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and what you stand for. Clear identification of the areas of your life where improvement is needed and discussing the areas preventing you from taking action. You will leave with clarity on an action plan for change. The workshop is designed to increase your confidence and help you adopt a positive mindset.

Husna is a Life Coach & CBT Practitioner who transformed her life two years ago from working in an unfulfilling corporate job in Central London, to pursuing her passion for empowering women to bring about change and transformation in their lives through Life Coaching.
Husna combines an empathetic approach with the firm ability to empower women and is an advocate for personal growth and turning pain into purpose. A long-standing sufferer from anxiety and setbacks over the course of her life, Husna understands exactly what it feels like to be stuck in the same place for years due to anxiety, depression and limiting beliefs. She decided to make a change after receiving Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in London, which changed her life and she moved to Dubai in search of growth, new challenges and fulfilment.
Husna is available for private 1:1 coaching session and is able to understand her clients’ mental health struggles as a result of experiencing her own. She believes everyone has the ability to make a change to their life, however big or small and strives to be an inspiration for transformation to many women in years to come.
