(I) Principal of Drawing (II) Compostion in Drawing This course is aimed primarily at students who wish to learn the fundamental principles of drawing, offering an introduction to drawing techniques, measuring, shapes, forms. The skills learned here will allow students to progress effectively towards the higher level art and design courses we offer. This course is ideally coupled with our program on ‘Light and Shadow’. Students will undertake a range of exercises and projects investigating the basic principles of drawing. Students employ a range of materials and will apply the skills learned to ever-more advanced drawings and produce a wide body of work.
