Workshop Program: - Intro about Arabic Calligraphy in General, and specially Rukaa Font. - Small orientation about the different pen tools - Quick info about the Arabic Inks and how to make your own. - Various types of hand-dyed papers and industrial ones. - Quick intro about preparing yourself, posture, surroundings, angle... - How to hold the pen the right way - Short practice on some strokes as a warm-up. - I'll go through individual letters and the anatomy of each letter. - I'll give instructions on how to use bamboo pens in writing Rukaa letters. Tools and Practice sheets included: - Practice sheets for Individual letters and (all commencing letters as a bonus) which can be used in more advanced workshops. - 1 Bamboo pen. - 1 Ink Container. - Calligraphy instructions and exercises (A4 Size) Duration: 2-3 Hours Session.
